A charge of £6.50 is added to all orders within mainland UK & Northern Ireland. For overseas orders, postage will be charged according to standard Parcel Force charges for that destination.
Should you wish to exchange an item we will charge you postage to send you your exchanged item. Pointfore will not charge you postage for an exchanged item that is replacing an item we sent to you by mistake.

Please allow up to seven working days for the receipt of your goods. We will always attempt to despatch items in stock within 24-48 hours. Please ring for stock availability. In the event of a delay in the despatch of your goods, we will endeavor to contact you.
If your item is unavailable, we will endeavor to contact you via phone or e-mail address provided and we will refund your credit card.
We can only accept personal cheques from UK residents. Personal Cheques must clear before despatch of goods.
We will not pass on your email address to any other companies.
FREE ITEMS - All goods advertised free are advertised in good faith and usually available however, they may be subject to availability/change without notice.
TABLE TENNIS DELIVERIES - Pointfore arrange delivery of your tables via our suppliers. Should a table arrive late or damaged Pointfore will not accept responsibility for the failure of a third party. We will endeavor to resolve any problems as quickly as possible, however when we are dealing with a third party we are dependant on their response and co-operation.
CANCELLATION/REFUSED DELIVERIES - If you wish to cancel an order you must inform us by email info@pointforerackets.co.uk. If your goods have been despatched before we see your email, we will wait for you to return the goods to us for a refund and follow the returned goods procedure. Refused deliveries will incur a delivery postage charge and return charge even if your order was over the FREE DELIVERY threshold. IMPAIRED/DIFFICULT ACCESS - It is the customer’s responsibility to advise Pointfore of any logistical difficulties that may arise when attempting to deliver goods at the time of placing an order. This particularly applies to heavy goods as they are delivered by a large vehicle and require access to the point of delivery. If access is impaired at the point of delivery then the same conditions as CANCELLED orders applies.
DAMAGED GOODS - PLEASE INSPECT GOODS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT AND ADVISE US WITHIN THIS TIME IF GOODS ARE DAMAGED. UNFORTUNATLEY OUR CARRIERS CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES REPORTED BEYOND THIS PERIOD OF TIME. POINTFORE DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGED GOODS IN TRANSIT BY A THIRD PARTY.
PERSONALISED PRODUCTS - We are not able to refund or exchange any goods that are personalised i.e. football shirts.
DEMO RACKETS - Demo rackets must be received back by us within 14 days of receipt to customer. Should we not receive it back within 14 days of receipt, we will assume that the customer is keeping the demo racket and we will not issue a refund thereafter It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that racket is in a reusable condition. TO RETURN A DEMO RACKET PLEASE FOLLOW OUR RETURNS PROCEDURE BY CLICKING "RETURNS" ON HOME PAGE. Millet Sports advises that you send your returned items back to us via some form of recorded delivery so that we have to sign for it. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post you will then be able to claim from the carrier for the goods that were lost. If you return your parcel via a form of delivery that is not guaranteed then Millet Sports will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged.
COACH PRICES - The discount price for coaches does not include any promotional items such as free bags, balls etc.
PRICING ERRORS - If a pricing error has occurred we will contact customers as soon as we are aware of this error. We are under no obligation to sell the product at the error price.
